A 15 year 2006 Orkney (Highland Park?) which showcases the wide depth and breath of what Thompson Bros. readily has to offer, further discerned by the people at Milroy’s.

An extremely quaffable drink which goes down on any occasion.

Only 280 bottles, matured in an ex-bourbon cask.

Here is what the Milroy’s Tasting Panel had to say :

Nose: Runny honey that subtly develops a complex savoury undertone - miso? Orkney fudge regains control and then baked apples and brown sugar take over.

Palate: brings fresh orange peel, dried figs, Chinese ginger root in syrup and toasted brioche.

Finish: Full of sticky toffee pudding, with a final hint of fresh chocolate mint.
