Orcadia whisky is certainly unique and a complex spirit with its chemically distinct peat and salinity. Carrying a 2003 vintage it's highly unlikely to be from Scapa distillery as they only went into full production again in 2005 with quite little output till today.
This cask is more on the fruity side. As we like it, ester forward mouthwatering nose with interwoven classic peat. As always elegant and simply delicious.
